All our crafts are made in Nepal and delivery terms are dependent on product types, order sizes, and complexity of designs. For custom orders, select from our product range/size options, blend, weave, color, and design. If you're confused and find it hard to decide, please contact us so we may help you.

We accept orders by e-mail, fax, or snail mail. We will deliver upon receipt of your advance payment in full through bank wire transfer to our bank account:

For orders worth above USD50,00.00, we accept payments by confirmed irrevocable letter of credit.

For repeat orders, we accept 60% advance payment and the balance 40% payable before shipment.

We accept minimum bulk orders worth US$1,500.00 worth. Upon receipt of full payment of the goods + freight, we will deliver by air courier (DHL, Fedex, UPS, Sky Net are some which have offices in Kathmandu) or by air cargo (rates available on request for every order). We provide our own PHELGE Nepal labels and also accept made-to-order brand labels or you can send us your labels to sew into your orders. Email us at phelgenepal@gmail.com for any further queries. Shipping

Phelge Nepal handloom and paper crafts are individually packed in polyethylene sheets then put in a 9-ply corrugated paper box that is wrapped in jute cloth. For those intending to give our handlooms or handpainted crafts as gifts, we can also pack, if desired, each piece in environment-friendly lokta paper gift enevelopes for an additional charge of US$2.00 per piece or try our special gift box for an extra charge of EUR3.00 - EUR20.00 depending on size and weight (with logo screen printing if desired). Shipment is done by air, either by freight prepaid or post paid upon delivery. We cannot be responsible for bank charges, customs duties, VAT, or any other fees assessed on your order by the destination country. If you have special instructions for us to help you minimize the risk of customs scrutiny as the package enters your country, do let us know.

Sample orders of up to 5-6 pieces are delivered by air courier.

For your benefit, we have negotiated reduced freight rates with most courier companies and air cargo agents in Nepal for orders big and small.
